1. Customers: Design Clamshells.
Size, thickness, and quantities. Please refer our STOCK CLAMSHELLS for dimensions.
Generally thickness is about 20 mil unless specified.
3. We: Make a mold if the quote accepted
We launch to make a mold to get sample. Any change should be done before making mold. The cost varies from a few hundreds to thousand dollars.

2. Customers: Email the design to get quote.
Send the design to packnzaps@gmail.com to get quote for the quantity. The minimum order is generally 10,000 to get a big discount but smaller quantity can be acceptable.
4. We: Send Samples to get Approval
Once samples are made, we send them to get final approval from the customers.
