FREE SAMPLES
Samples are free upon request to make it sure the right ones before buying. Just send us the item ID and your shipping information such as name (and/or company name), address, phone number, and email address. They will be shipped in a few days if not out of stock.
ORDERS
After testing with free samples and proving to be good for your products, you may order directly using our shipping cart. The shipping charge on the e-shopping here may not accurately reflect the actual cost due to hosting calculation limitation. Therefore, the shipping charge will be applied by whatever it comes out.
For higher quantity order (more than 2 boxes) and/or more accurate shipping charge, you may order by sending email us to info@packnzaps.com with detailed order information. We will send back an invoice with actual shipping charge including total price. Upon receiving payment by Paypal or any other credit cards, we will ship out the order.
CUSTOM CLAMSHELLS
For custom designed clamshells, we need to build one or more new mold(s) which will cost from $200 to $1,000 depending on the models and design complexity. They also require a minimum quantity of 5,000 pieces. No additional charge for a multiple molds which are necessary for higher quantity of orders.
The production capacity is 20,000 pieces per day. And, the lead time may take about 8 weeks to 16 weeks to complete the order.
For the custom design, the outside dimensions should be one of our 9 series, while the inside cavity can be modified according to the custom design.
The mold for the custom clamshells has to be paid fully first to get samples. After sample approval, 75% of total price for the whole quantity must be paid for full production. This is because, unlike to our stock clamshells, the custom design clamshells are unique and hard to be sold in the after market at the beginning.
The price of the clamshells gets lower with higher quantity, but not very much. The quote will be rendered upon request.

SHIPPING
Shipping is generally made in the same day for the order received before noon or the next day by UPS ground EXCEPT out-of-stock or any unusual event happened. For the special delivery, the invoice will be sent after calculating the special shipping price. Any additional shipping charge should be paid before the arrangement for shipping is made.
LOCAL FAST & ECONOMIC DELIVERY
Local fast & economic delivery for more than 3 cases around Los Angeles / Orange County is available for the same day if ordered in the morning and in-stock, or next day if ordered in the after noon and in-stock. The charge will be $30 flat for any one-time delivery more than 3 cases.
Just send us an email for requesting an invoice and make the payment before delivery is arranged.
OUT-OF-STOCK CLAMSHELLS
Our stock clamshells can be run out at any time due to sudden high order. The production is made according to our schedule, which takes 6 weeks for a full cycle. Therefore, the order for out-of- stock items may take 1 to 6 weeks. We will inform our estimated production time.
We put the customer orders on the highest priority, therefore any order for out-of-stock clamshells to be shipped first upon production.

RETURN
TAX
No tax for the out of state order of California. However, there will be 9% tax for all orders in California unless the customer's "Resale Number" on our file .
Shipping is expensive. The free samples offer customers full opportunities to verify the clamshells good for their products. Due to the high cost of shipping, we don't accept any full return unless our shipping is made mistakenly. However, if customers request for return after the receipt of products, (1) Return Authorization (RA) must be issued, (2) the product must be shipped to our company at customer expense, (3) restocking fee 20% of part cost will be applied, and (4) our shipping charge will not be refunded.
